I BELIEVE. Vote with BELIEF!

I chose to run as an independent because I BELIEVE that together we can do more, and we can do better. I have always remained loyal to the truth and to the people who believed in change. I left the party, but I did not bow my head. I believed, and I still BELIEVE, in elections without fear, with an open heart and confidence.
Like you, I want a Parliament that works for the people. I want a Parliament loyal to the truth, not to a party. Responsible, courageous, and free. I BELIEVE – together we will succeed!
I chose to stand with the people. I chose common sense, not positions. I chose to leave the party, but not to bow my head. I BELIVE that together we will succeed.
Moldova has chosen to be European, free, and prosperous. Now Moldova needs people who will work to make our country truly prosperous, free, and European. People, not party lists.

I am running as an independent candidate because I am responsible to those who elect me

Our Challenges

POVERTY

High prices and low incomes. Neither people nor investors trust to build, to invest, and to create jobs.

LACK OF EDUCATION

Schools have turned into factories of “model citizens,” who are not trained to think, to make decisions, or to find their way in the labor market. Teachers have become providers of reports and statistics.

A WEAK STATE

We have parties that divide and rule through fear. We have one country, one church, one society – but fragmented. We have a justice system that should have been reformed, yet looks more and more politically controlled.

Our Solutions – I BELIEVE We Will Succeed

FIGHTING POVERTY

by restoring the trust of both local and international investors – including “small” ones, maybe even you. Institutions and laws must work to help you, not to wear you down until you give up. An independent MP who knows the law can stop a majority, especially when backed by people’s support.

EDUCATING MOLDOVA

hrough a modern program aligned with the labor market and children’s daily needs – not overloaded with data and terms relevant only for exams. Children, not buildings; teachers, not reports, must come first on the government’s priority list.

UNITING SOCIETY

because we share many problems, regardless of religion, parish, ethnicity, or region. We all want to raise our children here, our parents deserve a dignified life, we all share aspirations we want to achieve. Together, we will build bridges instead of trenches. Together, we will secure free justice by removing political control over prosecutors and judges and preventing interference in lawyers’ work. We must return to the original goal of justice reform – the one you massively supported over the past 5 years. This is the best recipe against corruption and injustice.

I BELIEVE in a Moldova free of poverty

Over the past decades, we have lost not only investments, opportunities, and jobs – we have lost confidence in our ability to overcome poverty. I believe we must start correcting this through fiscal stability, less bureaucracy, fewer regulations, and more order and predictability. We have already seen the damaging effects of rushed laws: the “cash law” paralyzed the real estate market and triggered price increases. A good set of rules can instead bring immediate positive effects on prices and the economy.

I BELIEVE in an educated Moldova, with people prepared to work

We are few, but together we must lift our country. We can succeed with confidence, wisdom, and common sense. Yes, we need laboratories, running water, and modern school buildings – but above all, we need children and teachers who truly learn and teach. We need engaging and relevant lessons at every level of education. As a mother of three, I place education at the top of priorities, as all parents do. I believe we can create opportunities for every talented child in the country. Together – parents, children, teachers – we can transform education from an expense item into an investment that generates prosperity.

I BELIEVE in a rule-of-law state, governed with common sense

I am one of the authors of Moldova’s justice reform concept. I am also one of its strongest critics regarding implementation. Moldova does not need new radical concepts or strategies – it needs correct, well-intentioned, and professional implementation. We must continue fighting corruption, but without destroying our country and our democracy. We have good civil servants, but they need clear instructions, free from political interference. Political actors must withdraw from justice immediately, even if it challenges group interests. We need new parties and new politicians – but with real experience, not those learning on the job while earning a deputy’s or minister’s salary. Our mission is to turn Moldova into a comfortable, friendly state for every citizen. I believe we can achieve this together.

I BELIEVE in a united country

We are too few to afford internal conflicts. We have been affected by the pandemic, by war, by geopolitics, and by politicians’ divisions. Yet I trust that we remain the same people: hardworking, faithful, and God-fearing. Moldova is small, but there has always been room for everyone with good intentions. Our common concerns unite us more strongly than our differences. We must remember that we are better than how we are often portrayed. Poverty, demographics, education, health, the economy – these affect us all, regardless of whether we are Moldovans, Romanians, Ukrainians, Gagauz, Russians, Bulgarians; whether we live in the south or the east. We are few, but we can build bridges, not trenches. I believe we can unite to find solutions to our common challenges – now, not five years from now.

Electoral
commitments

Drafting legislative proposals to limit the practice of public officials/dignitaries redirecting petitions to the person targeted by the complaint in the petition.

2.1. Drafting and promoting a framework law on the organization of competitions for public positions and certain public dignity positions. The law will define the positions for which competitions are mandatory, the stages of the competition, the evaluation and assessment procedures of candidates, in order to minimize manipulation of competitions and ensure employment based on merit and transparency.

2.2. Legally obliging the Intelligence and Security Service to justify its requests/decisions regarding the withdrawal of access to state secrets. This instrument has often been abusively used to remove inconvenient individuals from certain positions.

2.3. Amending the Parliament’s Rules of Procedure (or possibly the Parliamentary Procedures Code) with provisions regarding: the deadline for submitting amendments no later than 5 days before the draft law is approved in second reading by the specialized committee; examination of the draft law in second reading in plenary only after at least one week has passed since approval in the specialized committee; mandatory submission of the edited version of the draft at least 3 days before its final adoption in plenary.

3.1. Promoting the development of a unified system (or interconnection of existing systems where possible) for electronic case management, from criminal investigation to court examination. This measure will streamline the process, make it more transparent, and limit opportunities for intervention (removing or adding documents), thereby reducing corruption risks.

3.2. Careful monitoring and rejection of legislative interventions aimed at diminishing the independence of justice sector actors, while promoting draft laws that will increase transparency and accountability in the justice sector.

4.1. I will insist on creating a unified system for recording and public display of all financial resources received from external partners, whether in the form of grants or loans. A public platform should provide complete data on the amount, donor, purpose, actual spending, and achieved results.

5.1. I will promote the creation of a mixed team of experts, researchers, and public officials to support Moldova’s negotiation team with the EU, to secure the most favorable conditions for the country. We need real negotiations, especially in sensitive areas for local businesses and farmers, such as agricultural policy, environmental policy, phytosanitary standards, and others.

6.1. I will establish a parliamentary working group, together with other MPs and experts from the economic, academic, and civil society fields, to draft a set of measures needed to increase the birth rate in our country, prevent population exodus, and create favorable conditions for the return of those currently abroad.

7.1. I will initiate parliamentary oversight of the drug phenomenon: trafficking, sale, consumption, and sanctions. Drug use (and trafficking) is reaching alarming proportions. What makes this possible? Where are the border guards and the police?

7.2. STOP the sale of alcohol and tobacco to minors.

Actions:
1. Parliamentary oversight with hearings of state institutions.

2. Pilot Project: Youth as Detectives.

Young people (aged 15–18) will act as “detectives.” Those who manage to “buy” alcohol or tobacco and record the purchase on video will be rewarded. Even though legal provisions are strict enough, they seem ineffective as they remain unenforced. Why is the police powerless in this regard? I propose a pilot project where young people act as detectives. The recorded evidence will be sent to the police for sanctions. The same youth group will be empowered (and trained) to monitor cases until final resolution.

8.1. I will initiate the revision of the law that caps cash transactions. This law has already shown its “effects”: sales have collapsed, people cannot buy apartments unless they take a bank loan. Banks get richer, people get poorer.

8.2. I will initiate the revision of the Customs Code regarding postal shipments. The limit should be applied per supplier, not per purchase, and increased to €300.

9.1. I will insist on creating a one-stop desk and hotline for the diaspora, where people can quickly find answers to any questions.

9.2. I will request the initiation of parliamentary oversight regarding the allocation of funds for supporting diaspora businesses (PARE 1+1, 1+2, and others).

I will initiate the drafting of a 10-year economic development plan for the country. This should be prepared by representatives of all political parties, experts, business, and academia. Supported by signatory political parties, it cannot be derailed in case of a government change. We can no longer “play” with our economy every four years while each new government starts new plans.
